What made you decide to cut your hair? 

I spent years with chemically processed hair, and I was desperate for a change. I wanted to go natural, but I didn't want to continue transitioning because I always failed miserably every time I did.

What reservations/fears did you have about cutting your hair? 

I was scared that I wouldn't like it, that my head shape wouldn't suit my hair cut. I was always afraid that I would get a lot of backlash for it- but my friends and family have been nothing but supportive!

How did you prepare yourself for your hair cut? 

I spent a lot of time looking up different haircuts, especially those that matched my hair texture.

What was your initial reaction to seeing yourself with short hair?

I was so shocked, I loved it instantly though.

Do you plan on ever growing your hair back out? 

I might just grow it out, I'm kind of just winging it right now.

Did cutting your hair hurt or help your self confidence?

It definitely boosted my self confidence, I feel beautifully bald!

Do you regret your decision at all? 

Not at all !
