Address Error

If the address provided when order is placed is incorrect, The Baldie Revolution is not responsible for the incorrect delivery. If you are able to contact us before the order has been shipped, we will be able to make that address change. Otherwise, we are not responsible.

Return Policy
Please contact The Baldie Revolution before returning any items.

It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts The Baldie Revolution and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless it is an error on our part.

Transport Damage
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us. Please contact us within 15 days (U.S. Orders) or 30 days (International Orders) of your item shipping. Items reported after this time limit will not be valid for a replacement. 

Unclaimed Packages
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, The Baldie Revolution reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
