I inspired myself.
What made you decide to cut your hair?
I was tired of always worrying about what people would say & went for it.
What reservations/fears did you have about cutting your hair?
What most people fear lol, that my head would be a weird shape.
How did you prepare yourself for your hair cut?
Lord I never really prepare for anything, I just do it. I was sitting in the salon chair and literally said "go ahead".
What was your initial reaction to seeing yourself with short hair?
"Oh my God, I really did this."
Did cutting your hair symbolize anything to you?
Cutting my hair meant the end of seeking for validation.
Do you plan on ever growing your hair back out?
As of now, no I'm actually going shorter!
Did cutting your hair hurt or help your self confidence?
It helped my confidence and it makes me pretty bad ass🌹.
Do you regret your decision at all?
I'm working toward a life of no regret. But no I don't regret my decision, it has changed me in ways I could have never imagined. Above all, I'm happy.
