How long have you been a self-proclaimed baldie?
A full whole week and I absolutely love it!
Did anyone inspire you to cut your hair? (include @ name if possible):
Not so much... I look on different profiles to see what products other individuals used. I wanted to see how they maintained the shorter hair.
What made you decide to cut your hair?
I lost my confidence, my happy place, and I just felt incomplete.... See being with the wrong individual will do that to you, SMH....I needed a change. That change started with my hair....
What reservations/fears did you have about cutting your hair?
That I wouldn’t look like a woman anymore lol!!!
How did you prepare yourself for your hair cut?
I didn’t! I just made the appointment and went for it!
What was your initial reaction to seeing yourself with short hair?
Dang girl, you’re absolutely stunning!
Did cutting your hair symbolize anything to you?
A new start.... A new happy... A new life.....
Do you plan on ever growing your hair back out?
Just a little... I like the short hair Quaya. She’s much happier.
